  I have given a higher reading in the past but the last time I was there I was highly disappointed in what happened. I had asked where a light fixture was and it was still for sale I waited in line outside of the warehouse for 40 minutes and went to the original store to find the light fixture only to be told it was at the warehouse only to have the warehouse be called and say it was sold. The woman I was speaking to you said that she could not answer the phone to take orders as often as she would like however the entire time I was in the store there were people answering for phone orders. There just needs to be more consistency if they are going to accept phone orders and how they do it or in which store they're directing people to.
